No Al Sightings

Well, Al has not reappeared recently at all. I wouldn’t be surprised if he left the neighborhood during all the IV Halloween festivities. The university/town of Goleta did kind of encroach upon his habitat by setting up fences all over the place. Perhaps he’ll come back soon. Sorry to all of you who were eagerly awaiting a photo.
Your two albino raccoon stories were read at out family Thanksgiving dinner in I.V. on western Sabado Tarde. These stories were particularly relevant because on the same occasion last year we (or I should say our turkey scraps) were visited by the predecessor to the current Al/Albie, be they now one or more.
Last year’s visitor was accompanied by a smaller, normally colored raccoon, & neither was particularly fearful as they moved to munching on ornamental foliage. Shortly after that there was the newspaper article & grim picture documenting the death of one of our albino friends.
